Shipping policy

We are delighted to prepare your remedies and tools, which are crafted and packaged with intention from our base in Greece, aligned with the rhythms of the Land and the Sky. Please review our shipping process below.

1. Processing Time

Processing time is the time we require to lovingly prepare your items, infuse them with intention, and package them for dispatch.

  • Standard Processing: Typically, orders are packaged and processed within 5–10 business days of purchase.
  • High Volume/Restock Periods: During major seasonal shifts, holidays, or major shop updates, the processing time may extend to 7–14 business days (1–3 weeks).

If you require your order sooner for a specific date, please contact us at drabarni.medicine@gmail.com immediately after placing your order.

2. Shipping & Estimated Delivery

Once your package has been processed and dropped off with the shipping carrier, the transit time is out of our immediate control.

  • Greece (Domestic): Estimated Shipping Time (After Dispatch) is 3–7 Business Days.
  • European Union (EU/EEA): Estimated Shipping Time (After Dispatch) is 7–21 Business Days (1–4 Weeks).
  • USA & Canada: Estimated Shipping Time (After Dispatch) is 3–5 Weeks.
  • All Others: Estimated Shipping Time (After Dispatch) is 4–8 Weeks (Due to potential Customs delays).

Disclaimer: These are estimates provided by the shipping carriers. We assume no liability for shipping delays due to carrier issues, customs inspections, or government delays. Things move on the rhythm of the stars, not always on the clock.

3. Loss, Damage, and Misdelivery

Once your package is dispatched and tracked, Drabarni Medicine is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, or packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

  • Lost/Stolen Package: If your package does not arrive and the tracking shows it was delivered, please contact your local postal carrier first to file a claim. We are happy to assist by providing documentation, but we do not issue refunds for packages marked as delivered.
  • Incorrect Address: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrectly provided address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipment. There are no shipping refunds for packages returned due to an incorrect address.

4. Customs and Import Taxes

Customers outside of the European Union (EU) are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

  • Drabarni Medicine assumes no responsibility for delays due to customs processing or packages returned because of unpaid fees or import restrictions.
  • We recommend checking your country's import laws regarding herbal and plant-based products before ordering.

5. Shipping Cost

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the package weight, dimensions, and your location.

  • Shipping Overages: For international orders, we always review the calculated shipping price. If you have paid significantly more than the actual cost of shipping, we will refund any shipping overage paid.
