My work is rooted in the knowing that our plantcestors, the planets, and people all share the same living breath.

Through herbal medicine, astrology, and my ongoing relationship with the Earth & Sky, I craft remedies that help us remember our place in this web ~ connected, reflected, and held. Everything I create is shaped by our plantcestors, by planetary rhythms, and by the wisdom moving through the natural world.
