🌿 Final Sale Items

Due to the sensitive and handcrafted nature of our offerings, all consumable and personalized goods are considered a final sale and are non-refundable.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Tinctures, Syrups, Elixirs, and all liquid remedies.
• Solid perfumes, oils, and body products.
• Customized orders or personalized astrological readings.
• Digital downloads (Guides, Courses, E-books).

We cannot accept returns or offer refunds on these items to ensure the potency, purity, and energetic integrity of the medicine for all our clients.

✨ Jewelry and Tools

We understand that sometimes an item may not align with your energy as expected. Jewelry items are the only products eligible for return or exchange.

Conditions for Return:

• Initiation Timeframe: To initiate a return, you must contact us at drabarni.medicine@gmail.com within 2 days of receiving your jewelry.
• Shipping Window: Once the return is authorized, the customer has an additional 14 days to ship the item back to us.
• Condition: The jewelry must be returned in its original, unused condition, exactly as it was sent, free of any damage, wear, or defects.

Refund Details:

• Product Cost Only: Upon successful inspection of the returned jewelry, we will issue a full refund for the cost of the product only.
• Shipping Costs are Non-Refundable: The customer is responsible for all original and return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items 

If your item arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong product, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) at drabarni.medicine@gmail.com with photos of the item and the packaging. We will assess the issue and work quickly to replace the item or offer a resolution.
